1. Who operates this service
SupperMarket is a trading name of OMILY LABS LTD, company number 17376796, incorporated in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
2. Applications and the platform preview
Anyone aged 18 or over planning a UK food business may start a private cook application without an invitation. You may save a draft, return later and submit completed requirements for human review. Applying is a request to join the marketplace as a prospective independent food business, not an application for an employed cooking position. You choose whether to continue. Applying does not itself create a trading, agency, courier or employment agreement. Any later agreement and actual working relationship must comply with applicable law; nothing here removes statutory rights. Courier work requires a separate agreement and eligibility checks. The interactive platform preview uses fictional examples and does not change your account or create real orders. This release is not a live food marketplace: buyer ordering, payments, payouts, delivery and public cook listings are unavailable.
3. Review is separate from trading
Creating an account, saving or submitting an application does not approve you as a cook, register your food business, confirm legal or food-safety compliance, or give permission to trade. A reviewer may request corrections or further evidence. Approval does not automatically publish a storefront or make it available for orders. Any later activation depends on separate launch checks and operating availability in your area. Applying does not guarantee approval, a launch date or sales.
4. Your account and application
You must provide accurate, current information and be authorised to provide it. Keep your password secure and report suspected unauthorised access. The application explains its requested identity, council-registration, training, insurance, kitchen, menu, allergen and operating information. Supply requested evidence only through the private application upload controls, not public menu photos or support messages. Do not submit another person's documents without authority or provide unnecessary sensitive information. Payout and bank details are not collected for application submission.
5. Fees and responsibilities
There is no fee to create or submit a cook application. You remain responsible for checking and meeting the legal requirements for your planned food business. External registration, training or insurance requirements may involve costs. Do not incur costs on the assumption that an application is approval or a promise that SupperMarket will launch in your area.
6. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or automate abusive requests. Access may be restricted to protect applicants and the service.
7. Changes and ending participation
The application service is an early release and may change or pause. You may stop completing a draft, withdraw a submitted application where available, and request account export or deletion through your profile or the contact shown on this page. The privacy notice explains lawful retention. Material changes to applicable terms will require a fresh acceptance where appropriate.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service is for preparing and reviewing applications, not permission to begin trading. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction remain unaffected.
